WCAHS is seeking proposals for short-term projects that address research, outreach, or educational issues of agricultural health and safety in Arizona, California, Hawaii, and/or Nevada.
Rapid Response and Short-term Funding Opportunity
- Do you need funds to jump-start an urgent research topic?
- Do you need extra funding for additional data collection?
- Do you have a new idea that you want to explore the feasibility of?
- Are you convening stakeholders to discuss an emerging issue?
- Are you developing training or outreach materials?
Award
- Funding requests up to $7,500
- All funds must be expended by September 29, 2019
- 3–4 projects will be funded
Eligibility
- Faculty with PI eligibility in the Western region (AZ, CA, HI, NV)
- PhD students or postdoctoral scholars in the Western region
- Community organizations
Submission Instructions
Proposals are due on or before the due date: April 5, 2019, 5 p.m. PT. Send all materials in one pdf to: aghealth@ucdavis.edu
