Protegiendo a los trabajadores de la industria láctea de enfermedades infecciosas

Cuando manejan el excremento o trabajan con animales enfermos, los trabajadores corren el riesgo de exponerse a patógenos llamados enfermedades zoonóticas, es decir, infecciones causadas por virus, bacterias y parásitos que se transmiten de los animales a los seres humanos o viceversa.
