Frontline supervisors can set the tone for a safe and healthy workplace culture. Strengthening their leadership skills and knowledge of key health and safety principles will make them more effective in their role. Despite this, few trainings that target frontline supervisors are short, accessible, or interactive. WCAHS offers a frontline supervisor training to fill this gap.
What does this training include?
- Interactive discussions and small-group work.
- Uses the Cal/OSHA Injury and Illness Prevention Program to identify workplace hazards.
- Trainings are three hours, in person, and in Spanish.
- Trainings are FREE.
Los supervisores de primera línea son los que crean un ambiente de seguridad y salud en el lugar de trabajo. Al fortalecer sus habilidades de liderazgo y su conocimiento acerca de principios básicos de salud y seguridad, ellos serán más efectivos en sus labores. Sin embargo, hay pocas capacitaciones destinadas a los supervisores de primera línea que sean cortas, accesibles o interactivas. WCAHS ofrece esta capacitación GRATUITA para llenar ese hueco.
